To best serve customer needs, LaFleurDeLuxe.com offers a variety of Shipping and Delivery options, as stated below:

US Shipping

Nationwide FedEx Delivery on your chosen day - guaranteed

FedEx delivery is available every day Monday to Saturday.

You can choose the day on our calendar during the checkout process.

If your chosen delivery date cannot be accommodated with Standard Shipping, then you have the option of choosing an express shipping option for an additional charge. When reviewing the delivery date calendar you will see a specific shipping price for the days covered by express shipping.

FedEx offers Priority Shipping (delivery by 12.00 PM) and Standard Shipping (delivery by end of the day) for certain days and addresses. All available options are shown on the checkout page.

Our "Delivery on chosen day" guarantee means that after making your arrangement we are setting up delivery with FedEx for the day of your choice. However, we have absolutely no control over the shipments after those are dispatched from us.

Per our guarantee, if FedEx failed to meet the requested service for any reason (including weather or mechanical issues) we refund ALL shipping fees.

We offer FREE nationwide shipping on orders over $100. Ships with FEDEX STANDARD SHIPPING (1-6 Business Days)

Large, Medium, and Small Flower Box Arrangement Shipping

Our flower arrangements ship either via UPS or FedEx depending on your location. All orders placed be before 2 PM PST Cut Off Time will ship that same day. We do not ship to PO boxes.

Choose your Delivery Date

When ordering all arrangements other than Mini or X-Small Arrangements, we allow you to choose the specific date you'd like your order to be delivered on. Please note that while it is rare, couriers at times will deliver a package a day early if the shipment was sped up through their system.

Look for our delivery date picker as the last step when you design your own box. Or look for the delivery date picker on a pre-arrangement product.

X-Small and Mini Arrangement Shipping

Our X-Small or Mini arrangements ship via courier for a $10 flat fee anywhere in the US.

We do not guarantee delivery dates for orders containing on X-Small and Mini arrangements.

Your order will arrive as quickly as possible with the couriers (Up to 6 business days).

If your order contains an X-Small/Mini and also a Large, Medium, or Small arrangement, then you will not be charged for shipping for the X-Small/Mini, instead, the shipping rate and shipping methods for the larger arrangements will be used.

Hand Delivery in SF Bay Area

  • With our special service, our drivers will try to deliver the arrangement directly to the recipient's hand.
  • We use multiple carriers and drivers for these deliveries depending on the address.
  • You will receive a notification once the driver/carrier will be assigned.
  • Please note that if the recipient is not available at a location at the time of delivery, the driver will try to get in contact with the phone number(s) you provided at checkout.
  • Delivery fee: $19

Same Day Delivery

  • Available in SF Bay Area only for orders placed before 2 PM PST.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered the next business day.
  • The charge for same-day rush delivery depends on our current order volume and the time you place an order.

Delivery Status

Status for Hand Deliveries in SF Bay Area

We use multiple carriers for the hand deliveries and you should receive an email with the tracking link once we set it up for the delivery.

Please note that most of the time we assign the driver at the time of dispatch only.

If you have any questions regarding your local delivery please do not hesitate to contact us directly.

Status for Nationwide / International FedEx Shipments

While we would love to be able to update you on the status of your delivery, only FedEx has the most updated information to offer.

We encourage you to contact them with the tracking number we sent by email, via phone on (800)463-3339, or on fedex.com!

They will be able to give you the most up-to-date information about the status of your delivery!

Package Tracking

We will send an email notification including tracking information when your package has shipped.

Delivery Insurance

All orders shipped both domestically or internationally come with package insurance.

Shipping Errors

We are not liable for lost, held, misdelivery errors, due to incorrect shipping addresses. It's important to have an accurate and reliable email address so we can send order confirmations to confirm the purchase, and for you to review its full details.

Lost Package

We are not responsible for any lost packages. However, if you believe the package is completely lost after tracking, please contact the Postal carrier and let us know what has been stated by the carrier. You can go online and file a claim directly using the tracking #.

It usually takes up to 21 days for a carrier to trace/investigate lost packages, and we advise customers to wait another 10 days after filing the claim. If the carrier found the package, we will try our very best to process it and ship it out but it will require payment for the shipping charge on the second round of re-delivery.

Shipping Terms and Conditions

  • Delivery will be deemed to have taken place at the time La Fleur De Luxe places an order in the possession of any carrier service, including but not limited to, Federal Express, United States Postal Service, and/or DHL for customer delivery.
  • Customers will be advised of charges, taxes, and fees associated with an Order prior to processing.
  • The customer acknowledges that the requested delivery dates are non-binding estimates only.
  • There is no claim against La Fleur De Luxe for any delays or early deliveries once the order is in possession of the carrier service.
  • Tracking Information is provided with each Order.
  • Orders confirmed before 2:00 P.M. are shipped the same day.
  • Orders confirmed after 2:00 PM are shipped the next business day.
  • Domestic Orders are shipped using UPS, FedEx, or USPS Postal Carriers, as determined by La Fleur De Luxe, based in part, on the availability of services in a specific territory.
  • La Fleur De Luxe cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and select U.S. Territories.
  • La Fleur De Luxe is not responsible for lost or stolen goods once an order leaves our possession.
  • Charges exclude Tariffs and other import fees on International Orders.
  • A customer is responsible for Tariffs, Import Fees, International Taxes, and all other Charges associated with any International Order.
  • Terms, Conditions, and Fees are provided for informational purposes only. They are subject to change without prior notice at the Company’s sole discretion.
  • Some orders may require additional processing time due to complexity, weather conditions, or other factors outside of the Company’s control.
  • Shipping times vary based on destination.
